Return & Exchange Policy
In case of return or exchange, follow the guideline below.
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not register your complaint.
- The return period of the defective product is 7 Working days "Or"; for return or exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 10 Working days of receiving the parcel.
- Please return the product with a copy of invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience.

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Label are included with your return shipment.
