These ‘Terms and Conditions’ apply to this site, and using this website constitutes as agreeing with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

This website reserves the right to alter, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions. No notice will be provided and the changes will be effective immediately after being posted. Therefore, please check this page regularly for updates, as continued use of this website will be considered as acceptance of the modified ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Return & Exchange Policy:

In case of return or exchange, follow the guideline below.

1. The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not register your complaint.
2. The return period of the defective product is 7 working days .OR For return or exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 10 days (Working Days) of receiving the parcel. 
3. Please return the product with a copy of invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
4. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
5. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
6. Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
7. It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience.

Repack Merchandise:

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Label are included with your return shipment.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

Warranty Policy Ordering and Pricing:

1. Warranty claims differ based on the respective product and MyPlanet.pk does not offer any warranty claims directly.

2. As far as the products are concerned, not all products come with a warranty; if the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Ordering and Pricing :

1.MyPlanet.pk has the right to cancel or refuse any order at any given time, without specifying a reason.
2. If an item is misplaced, we have the discretion to either contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
3. The prices of all products at MyPlanet.pk are fixed and inclusive of all taxes and duties applicable.
4. All prices are checked and updated on regular basis.

No Use By Minors:

• To get benefits from our service the user must be at least eighteen (18) years old or is being guided by a parent or a guardian.. By accessing or using our service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.
• Specific services and associated features available on the website may require registration. By registering, you agree to provide accurate personal details and not impersonate anyone else, and to update these details if there are any changes.
• MyPlanet.pk has the discretion to terminate accounts, deny service, cancel order and delete or modify content.
• The website is not liable for any kind of harm or damage sustained due to, or related to, your failure to agree with this section.

Logos , Trademarks or Materials:

You are not allowed to use any service marks, trademarks, or any other materials, including logos and characters, showing on MyPlanet.pk or our social media pages, without a written permission from the website and the owner of the marks and materials, such as the brand and/or their official distributors in Pakistan.

MyPlanet.pk ensures that customer’s privacy is protected. When you do shopping on MyPlanet.pk , you lie under our privacy agreement. Therefore, it is essential that you read our ‘Privacy Policy’ so that you are aware of the information collected from you and where it is used.

Shipping:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always in time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched.

• Shipping available all over Pakistan.
• Standard shipping Charges for all orders are PKR 200/-
• My planet also has Premium Shipping available for your convenience.
• To curtail fraudulent, all orders are shipped on COD payment method.
• We amend our policies time to time, please stay updated with us.

In case the customer is absent upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or dropped by at neighbors only upon receiving the payment.
